Refund & Return Policy
At Barker & Lux, we want you and your pup to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to review eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, odors, stains, or signs of use, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Because our products are designed for pets, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, tried outdoors, chewed, scratched, soiled, washed, or exposed to pet hair or odors.
To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used grooming, wellness, or pet care products
- Items marked final sale at checkout
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Barker & Lux is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
