Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and images may change at any time without notice.

3. Pet Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended for pets under responsible owner supervision. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your pet’s size, weight, breed, behavior, chewing habits, and overall needs.

Please inspect all products before and during use. Discontinue use immediately if an item becomes damaged, broken, chewed, torn, or unsafe.

Barker & Lux is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or harm resulting from misuse, improper sizing, lack of supervision, normal wear and tear, chewing, scratching, or your pet’s behavior.

4. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing, include inaccurate product information, or violate these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier delays, fulfillment location, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Some items may ship separately depending on supplier, inventory, or fulfillment location.

Barker & Lux is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, your order may be delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong location.

Barker & Lux is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Barker & Lux is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide available order and tracking information to assist with your claim.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Because our products are designed for pets, eligible returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, odors, stains, damage, or signs of use, and returned in original packaging.

Certain items may be final sale, including personalized items, custom items, sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened or used pet care products.

We are not responsible for third-party delays, inventory issues, or carrier disruptions, but we will make reasonable efforts to support customers when issues arise.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
